Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services purchased from Behram Creative Hub.

1. Professional Consultancy Fees

Our professional fees may cover activities such as:

  • Consultation

  • Documentation preparation

  • Application preparation

  • Data collection

  • Administrative assistance

  • Website development

  • Digital services

  • Other agreed professional work

Once substantial work has commenced, the professional fee may be non-refundable because time and resources have already been allocated to the project.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client cancels a service before substantial work has started, the refund will be considered based on the work already performed and any non-refundable expenses incurred.

Any applicable refund will be processed after deduction of completed work, transaction charges and third-party expenses where applicable.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Started

If work has already commenced, refunds may be reduced or unavailable depending on the stage of the project.

This may include work already completed such as:

  • Consultation

  • Document review

  • Application preparation

  • Data entry

  • Filing preparation

  • Website development

  • Design work

  • Other agreed services

4. Government Fees

Government fees and statutory charges are generally separate from our professional service charges.

Once an official fee has been paid to a government authority or third-party service provider, any refund is subject to that authority's or provider's applicable refund rules.

5. Rejection by a Government Authority

If an application is rejected because of:

  • Government policy

  • Eligibility requirements

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client

  • Missing documents

  • Previous legal or regulatory issues

  • A decision made by the relevant authority

the rejection itself does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund of professional fees for work already performed.

Where appropriate, we may assist the client in identifying the reason for rejection and discussing available next steps.

6. Delays

Government processing times and third-party processing times are outside our control.

A delay by a government authority does not automatically qualify for a refund of professional consultancy fees.

7. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, please contact us as soon as possible.

After verification, an eligible duplicate amount may be refunded after deduction of applicable transaction charges.

8. Digital Services

For digital services such as website development, SEO, design and other customized work, refunds will be considered according to the stage of completion and the specific agreement with the client.

Customized work that has already been completed may not be refundable.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Service purchased

  • Payment date

  • Payment amount

  • Reason for refund request

  • Relevant payment/reference information

We will review the request and communicate the decision.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
